Williams Ranch Group LLC is pleased to announce the sale of 6000 +/- deeded acres, and 640 +/- acres of State Lease lands in Harding and San Miguel Counties, New Mexico. The ranch is a superb stocker and feeder cattle property. The seller conveyed all the mineral interest to the buyer at closing with a majority being 100% of mineral ownership.
