Justin is a South Texas native, but he has worked extensively in Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. The value to our clients that Justin will bring is immeasurable, as he can advise as to mineral related history, mineral related value, impact of drilling on actual or adjacent lands, and also advise as to how mineral related items should be treated in all transactional contracts.
Justin lives in San Antonio with his wife Sara, and his two daughters, but spends a great deal of time at his ranch in Wilson County, Texas. His passion is to serve his Lord, his family, and to be just a small part of making sure that stewardship of the land the Lord created is a priority.

He is also a Doctor of Audiology who spent 20 years in the Audiology (hearing care) industry prior to entering into ranch and land sales. During the 20 years in Audiology he successfully owned and operated Hearing Rehabilitation Centers with 18 clinics throughout Colorado. He is excited to bring the same passion that he had for Audiology into ranch and land sales.
Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing, and archery. He spends much of his time with his two teenage boys and wife shooting in both local and national archery competitions. He lives in Littleton, Colorado but also enjoys time on his ranch in Matheson, Colorado.

We partner with Mineral Sales Group LLC in the sale and or leasing of oil and gas minerals in the United States. We have a vast understanding of the industry and are capable of investigating and providing information to fit the client’s needs and desires in the oil and gas market or the effects of oil and gas interest on a property that is being sold or purchased.
We work with clients searching for investment properties that provides the best return. We investigate agriculture properties in the cropland and yearling cattle operations to fit investment profiles. The understanding and goal of comparing animal units in relation to a properties price per acre or the annual returns for cash crop or cash lease operations becomes critical when clients are looking for a specific investment value.
After a sale is complete we continue to work with our clients, insuring any agriculture tax filings are completed correctly, that the transfer of property has progressed in a satisfactory manor, and assist if any issues arise, even years later. Our goal is client satisfaction.
