Steve Williams is the licensed Colorado, New Mexico and Texas Managing Broker for the Williams Ranch Group LLC. His specialty is in the ranch and farmland industry. He is also a recognized oil and gas marketing specialist selling and leasing non-producing and producing minerals for oil and gas mineral transactions for the state of Texas, U.S. Gulf Coast and the Rocky Mountain Regions.

Steve enjoys hunting, fishing and camping with his two sets of twin boys. He has a passion for the Farm and Ranch Industry. He lives in Black Forest, Colorado with his wife and 4 boys.

Justin Holliday is a licensed Real Estate Agent in the State of Texas. He brings a wealth of knowledge to Williams Ranch Group LLC through his more than decade long career working on the transactional side of the Oil and Gas industry. Justin is a South Texas native, but he has worked extensively in Colorado, Montana, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, and Wyoming. The value to our clients that Justin will bring is immeasurable, as he can advise as to mineral related history, mineral related value, impact of drilling on actual or adjacent lands, and also advise as to how mineral related items should be treated in all transactional contracts.

Justin lives in San Antonio with his wife Sara, and his two daughters, but spends a great deal of time at his ranch in Wilson County, Texas. His passion is to serve his Lord, his family, and to be just a small part of making sure that stewardship of the land the Lord created is a priority.

INVESTMENTS

We work with clients searching for investment properties that provides the best return. We investigate agriculture properties in the cropland and yearling cattle operations to fit investment profiles. The understanding and goal of comparing animal units in relation to a properties price per acre or the annual returns for cash crop or cash lease operations becomes critical when clients are looking for a specific investment value.

FOLLOW-UP

After a sale is complete we continue to work with our clients, insuring any agriculture tax filings are completed correctly, that the transfer of property has progressed in a satisfactory manor, and assist if any issues arise, even years later. Our goal is client satisfaction.
