There are 2 ways to view the property. From the town of Seymour, go southwest on County Road 266, approximately 20 miles. When you cross the Brazos River continue on 266 then the road turns into CR 4381continue, you can take a right on 4371 to get to the property. Please reference our map. 


From the town of Throckmorton take 380 West to 222 North to the town of Goree (222 turns into 266 into Goree). Continue on 266 and take a left on CR 4381, you can take a right on 4371 to get to the property. Please reference our map. 


The Wheat and pasture fields, which are on the western edge of the property, are off 266 about 5 miles north out of Goree. Contact Broker for directions.
