Williams Ranch Group LLC is pleased to announce the sale of a 6100 +/- acre ranch with 5460 acres deeded and 640 acres of State Lease land. The ranch is in Harding and San Miguel Counties, New Mexico. The property has a ranch house, barn, chutes, corrals, and numerous operating windmills and water wells with cross fencing. The Seller retained 50%+/- of the oil and gas mineral interest with the sale. Williams Ranch Group LLC represented the Seller for this transaction.
